Bills & Purchase Orders Engine
You can thank the ex-WorkflowMaxers for this one, it was one of the most requested features in the second half of 2024! She’s been a big job but soon, you’ll be able to create bills and purchase orders directly in ROLL, and because we’re all about integration, this feature will push seamlessly through to Xero. Less admin + more clarity over your outgoings = much success.
Project Templates
In the spirit of streamlining, we’re introducing the much anticipated ‘Project Templates’. This one’s going to provide a big time saving for our ROLLers who are often working on similar projects. Create a template once with alllllll the detail you need and then boom - it will be at your fingertips whenever you need it! Not only will you save time but it will help standardise your workflow and keep your processes on point.
In-App Report Builder
If you’re up with the play on our EOY updates, you’ll have seen we’ve already made some improvements to our standard reporting, but this will be taking it to a whole new level! The upcoming report builder will let you customise reports to get exactly the insights you need without digging through irrelevant details. This one’s going to be a game changer for our spreadsheet savants.
New & Improved Business Metrics Dashboard
We’re giving the business metrics dashboard a serious glow-up. It’s currently an underrated area of ROLL that needs a little TLC, so expect to see more relevant insights making it easier to track your performance at a glance.
More Control with Permissions
We’ll be introducing more granular permission options, so you can fine-tune access for each team member. This is all about giving you more control, so you to give your team more responsibility and autonomy while also not giving away your trade secrets!
Time & Materials Projects: Next Level
We’re enhancing how time and materials projects are managed. Expect better visibility over budget vs profitability, and fewer headaches.
