Start from scratch or duplicate an existing report, add the data sets that matter to you, and structure your layout exactly how you want it. Once it’s set up, you can save your custom report and reuse it whenever you need.

Once you’ve built your report, sharing it couldn’t be easier! Export your reports as a CSV or PDF in just a click and keep the people who ‘need to know’ informed.

Honourable Mentions
While the big-ticket features always get the spotlight (they love being the centre of attention), let’s not forget the little guy — sometimes it’s the smaller fixes and improvements that have a bigger impact! Here’s a look at the things we’ve implemented to make your day-to-day run smoother.
- Notes are no longer hard deleted from the database and can be retrieved if needed.
- Improvement to invoice tab under the project screen - Invoices have an option menu to the side now for easy download, repeating, or duplication.
- Progress payment modal bug for Safari has been fixed.
- Bug fix for time logged against a task still contributing to the original project total once time and task have been reallocated to different project.
- Fix for time showing up in reports that didn't belong to a project so couldn't be found/deleted:
- When importing Tasks to quotes or invoices, if there is a time budget for that task, we now bring that time budget to the quote or invoice as the Qty.
- Bug fix for client specific rates not being able to be switched off.
- Update to automatically remove deleted/completed sticky projects from employee options to fix login issue.
- New global default account code has been added to Financial settings.
- Improvement to quote approval process - when approving a quote you now have to enter a name. If you are logged into Roll it'll default to your name.
- Products and Services entered onto a quote or an invoice now set the actual Item Code so that when the invoice line is pushed through to Xero it assigns it to the correct Item in your Xero account.
- Fixed scheduling date jumping on scroll
- Added the ability to hide/show individual line items in a section on quotes and invoices.
- Fixed issue with the invoice download PDF not being the most up to date after syncing with Xero.
- Added an "invoice project total" button in the business metrics Est. month end report/list for fixed fee projects that have “bill this month ticked”.
- Fixed project statuses getting cut off in settings
- Updates and tweaks to the Employee Utilisation report
- Bug fix to only allow ‘billable’ time to comet through to the invoice when "Create invoice from unbilled time" button is clicked.
- Bug fix so admin can remove contractors from project team
- Bug fix to mark costs as invoiced when imported onto an invoice
- Bug fix task date picker on new tasks
- Fix date formats on time filters
- Improvement - added unbillable/billable filter to project time filter form
- Fix editing timesheet rows and moving time between projects for other employees (as an Admin)
- Ability to mark time as Billable or Unbillable, regardless of the rate chosen (previously unbillable time had to be logged with the Unbillable rate)
